Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within one to three business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume such as promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Geko Products LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to twenty four hours to update after the shipping label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Geko Products LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Geko Products LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local post office.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are determined by local authorities.
